Assembly Instruction

No special equipment or skilled labour are required. Assembly requires no adhesives; cutting, threading or tapering; or any specialized equipment. GRE assembly is followed these 3 simple steps.

Note: In restricted working areas, silicone or similar lubricant can be applied to the spigot to ease the assembly.

CONCRETE ENCASEMENT

DIRECT BURIAL INSTALLATION

Direct burial technique is available for a proper installation and that the area is not subjected to repeat digging. The advantage of this method is that it completely eliminates the need for concrete, thus saving money and the time needed to make up forms, haul away excavated soil.

ABOVE GROUND INSTALLATION

In regard to the strength and chemical resistant, low coefficient of thermal expansion and long system life with U.V. protection, GRE conduit is the best choice to install above ground system. This technique is enable to be pulled longer cable through the conduit and used fewer joints, there by reducing the overall installation costs.
